Prior to Box, customers had implemented traditional legacy ECM solutions. However, these organizations were also looking for easier ways to collaborate securely with their external partners, as well as faster and more cost-efficient ways to share data and collaborate through mobile devices. A number of these customers also wanted to expand the benefits that small teams using Box within their company had already seen.
